Be the idiot

Simon Sinek recently had a great take on how asking more questions, and “being the idiot in the room”, can have great value for everyone. In the end, there are two big benefits:

1. As your teacher always told you in grade school, if you have a question about something that you don’t understand, others in the room likely feel the same way and are afraid to speak up.
2. Asking questions is a great way for you to learn more about any subject, whether others understand it or not.
