In an effort to help me keep up with everything I post each week, here is my latest “Sunday Summary” of my posts from the week.

I’ve had things turn out very well after a bad decision (and vice-versa), and I try hard to keep the quality of the decision separate from the quality of the result.

The first episode of my new podcast launched! In this one, Cindy Villanueva and I dug into Adam Grant’s excellent book “Think Again”.

Fri, August 25: Title it from their perspective
I often see people send things like file attachments and calendar invites with very unhelpful titles, so this is just some thoughts on that.

Sat, August 26: The internet was better when people weren’t afraid to link out
Websites seem to be afraid to link to other sites these days, which makes the internet a little bit worse for all of us.
